- The Late Amir of Bahrain, Shaikh Isa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, may God rest his Saul in peace, issued a charter to establish the Bahrain Cinema and film distribution company, with the following founder member are as follows:Mr. Ali A.Rahman Al Wazan / Mr. Ali Bin Yousif Fakhro / Mr. Ezra Ebrahim Nono / Shaikh A.Rahman Bin Mohammed Al Khalifa / Mr. Mohammed Yousif Jalal / Mr. Ali Ebrahim Abdul Aal / Mr. Ali Yousif Ubaydli / Mr. Alawi Sayed Moosa Al Alawi / Mr. A.Rahman A.Ghaffar Al Alawi / Mr. Jassim Mohammed Fakhro.
- Authorized Capital: BD. 750,000.
- Issued and paidup Capital: BD. 500,000 distributed over 50,000 shares, the nominal value of each is BD. 10/-.
